Protect Your Energy Event ✨🦋

This event has been created to empower highly sensitive souls. Siadbh will share her wisdom and the tools she uses to protect and nurture her energy field, while speaking into the power of vibrational medicine and the importance of spiritual hygiene.

You will have an opportunity to connect with crystals in person and practice the tools received at the event. 

India will then guide us into a grounding Pilates movement sequence inspired by the elements, helping us to land fully in our bodies. A nourishing lunch will be provided by GROW HQ to support and restore us from the inside out.

This will be a safe, sacred space for aligned souls to connect.
