It is a true story when I say I stood in the middle of Brown Thomas at CREATE 2021, turned to my partner and said ‘I will be apart of this next year’
I had no idea how that would happen but deep down I knew it would be apart of my journey.
Manifestation is always something that has come easily to me and I’m very persistent when I want something or an experience. I don’t give up easily!
In the space of six months I designed and hand created my first ready to wear line of Crystal Amulets called the ‘Back To Nature’ collection for the interview with the Brown Thomas buying team.

This collection was inspired by our reconnection to nature since 2020. Each crystal was inspired by an aspect of nature.
I designed unique facets to each crystal so they would reflect light in a specific way and sealed each Amulet with a gradient of sapphires highlighting the colour of each crystal.

CREATE 22 launched on the 5th of July and ran for 6 weeks upto the 15th of August. During this time I was in Brown Thomas every weekend, meeting customers, gaining valuable feedback and having crystal conversations. As far as I’m aware they never had Crystal Amulets as apart of this project before.

It was a life changing experience, from meeting the other designers, to building confidence and meeting customers from all over the world. I’m definitely not the same person I was going into the project as I am the other side of it.
